ENNUI Atelier - ENNUI Linked Service Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing ENNUI Atelier’s ENNUI Linked Service, a unique and lasting jewelry experience. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and maintenance of our ENNUI Linked permanent jewelry and provide details on the procedures and policies related to this service. By booking an appointment or purchasing a permanent jewelry piece from ENNUI Atelier, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Overview

ENNUI Linked is a service offered exclusively by ENNUI Atelier for permanent jewelry, where chains are welded together without a clasp. This service is currently available by appointment only. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to receive ENNUI Linked jewelry or have parental consent if under 18.

2. Pricing

Our pricing includes both the cost of the jewelry chain and the welding service. Prices for welding start at 1650 sek depending on the choice of chain. Any additional features, such as charms or gemstones, will incur additional charges as specified at the time of purchase.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

ENNUI Linked appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or no-shows without 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee of 250 sek.

4. Resizing and Adjustments

Due to the nature of permanent jewelry, resizing is not available after the welding is completed. Our team will measure your piece precisely before welding to ensure a comfortable fit. Adjustments or re-welding services due to sizing issues post-appointment will incur additional charges.

5. Lost or Damaged Jewelry

ENNUI Atelier is not responsible for any lost or damaged jewelry post-appointment. If your chain breaks within 30 days of the original appointment, please contact us for a re-welding appointment at no additional charge. After 30 days, re-welding due to breaks or other issues will incur a service fee of 250 sek.

6. Re-Welding and Removal

ENNUI Linked jewelry can be removed at home using scissors. If you wish to re-weld your jewelry after removal or any other procedure, please book a re-welding appointment. Re-welding fees will apply at the current rate.

7. Repairs and Maintenance

Our 14K/18K gold chains are highly durable. However, if repairs are required due to accidental damage or other factors, please contact our customer service team to assess the repair eligibility and associated costs.

8. Medical & Security Considerations

ENNUI Linked jewelry is made from non-magnetic 14K/18K gold and should not set off metal detectors or interfere with medical devices. However, if a medical professional requests removal for a procedure, ENNUI Atelier will offer a re-welding service afterward at a reduced fee.

9. Refunds & Returns

As each ENNUI Linked item is custom-fitted and welded, we cannot offer returns or refunds on this service. All sales are final.

10. Care Instructions

To preserve the integrity of your ENNUI Linked jewelry, we recommend gentle handling, avoiding harsh chemicals, and storing your jewelry carefully. Although crafted for continuous wear, regular care will help maintain its beauty.
