For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

14 days online from delivery, 30 days in store, unworn and in its original packaging with the hygiene seal intact. Piercing, jewelry worn in a piercing, and permanent jewelry are final sale. Engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the piece.

Faults in materials or craftsmanship are covered for three years from purchase, repaired or replaced. Cleaning, checking and the downsize visit are complimentary for as long as you own the piece, the shorter labret is purchased separately. We do not sell a lifetime guarantee, we stand behind the work.
