As we normally choose a slightly longer size labret to accommodate any swelling that may occur within the first month of a fresh piercing, we've created a down sizing option for our piercing customers. After four to six weeks, once the swelling has subsided and healing is underway, we can exchange out your post for a smaller size to prevent jewelry from getting caught or move from its original angle.
