Returns
- Register your return by emailing us at hello@ennuiatelier.com
- You are entitled to an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receiving your order from ennuiatelier.com.
- All returns must be with us in store wishing 14 days of delivery date.
- Should you have bought something during our offline events or pop ups, the same terms apply.
- Samples and discounted items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- The shipment of returns to ENNUI Atelier will be at the customer’s expense.
- Items must be returned unused in its original box.
- Damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted for return
- ENNUI Atelier will not be responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage.
- The customer is liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for returns.
- We will refund your return with in 14 business days of receiving it, back to your original payment method, excluding the original cost for shipping.
- Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded
- We do not accept returns exchanges or claims from bought from other retailers.
- Please send your parsel with traceable postage safely wrapped to avoid damage.

- If you wish to exchange your item to another site, colour or style, please return it and place a new order.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from our office in Stockholm. Please find shipping details & cost below
- Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).
- PostNord Sweden, My Pack Home small: 2-3 business days, free for orders over 300 euro
- PostNord International : 4-7 working days, 200 SEK, free for orders over 500 euro
- For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary widely between countries.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the shipment until it is delivered.
Transport damages or faulty products
- In the unfortunate event of the product being lost or damaged upon receiving the product you notice that the item has been damaged, please immediately report this to hello@ennuiatelier.com. Please note that any items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
