The silk head scarf
A sheer whisper of silk transforms the classic headscarf into something ethereal.
Barsoum references her cinematic archive - women tying scarves before stepping into light, a gesture both practical and poetic. The transparency of organza allows light to travel through the fabric, creating a delicate interplay between concealment and revelation.
The raw edge triangle
Cut from untreated raw silk, this piece embodies Barsoum’s love of undone precision. Its softly frayed edges nod to imperfection as a form of beauty, a balance between rebellion and restraint. Draped at the shoulders or knotted at the neck, it feels spontaneous yet intentional, like something caught mid-movement.
The body wrap triangle
Rendered in fluid silk satin, this is the most sensual of the three, a piece that blurs the line between accessory and garment.
