Returns
Online orders can be returned within 14 days, in-store purchases within 30. Pieces worn in a piercing, made-to-order and engraved pieces, and permanent jewelry cannot be returned.
Returning an online order+−
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging, with the hygiene seal unbroken. Write to hello@ennuiatelier.com with your order number and we will send you a return slip.
In-store purchases+−
Pieces bought in the studio can be returned within 30 days with your receipt.
What we cannot take back+−
Jewelry worn in a piercing, and any piece whose hygiene seal has been broken. Made-to-order, engraved and personalised pieces, made to your specification. Permanent jewelry, which is welded on. Archive and sample sale pieces, marked as final sale.
Refunds+−
We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. The cost of the return slip is deducted from your refund. If the piece is faulty, we cover the return.
Exchanges+−
We do not exchange pieces. Return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want. The return slip is deducted from your refund in the usual way.
