As we normally choose a slightly longer size labret to accommodate any swelling that may occur within the first month of a fresh piercing, we've created a down sizing option for our piercing customers. After four to six weeks, once the swelling has subsided and healing is underway, we can exchange out your post for a smaller size to prevent jewelry from getting caught or move from its original angle. Maintain and clean the surface of the jewelry regularly and check movable components such as lock pins and clasps for firmness. Submit for service if needed.
