Sweden
1–2 working days with tracking. Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day are sent the same day.

Nordics and the EU
2–4 working days with tracking. Duties and taxes are included at checkout.

Rest of the world
3–7 working days with tracking. Duties and local taxes may be collected on delivery.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with the exception of a small number of countries our carriers do not serve. If checkout will not accept your address, write to care@ennuiatelier.com and we will find a way.

Complimentary shipping
Complimentary shipping within Sweden on orders over 3 000 SEK, and within the Nordics and the EU on orders over 5 000 SEK. Below that, a flat rate applies: 99 SEK within Sweden, 395 SEK within the Nordics and the EU, and 495 SEK for the rest of the world. Any customs duties, taxes or other charges that may apply are paid by the customer.

Made to order and engraved pieces
Allow two weeks before dispatch. Welded and fitted pieces are not shipped, they are fitted in the Stockholm studio.

Collect in the studio
Choose studio collection at checkout and pick the order up at Nordiska Kompaniet during opening hours. You will find us on the lower ground floor at NK, Hamngatan 18-20. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
