Faults in material or workmanship that were present when the piece left us. Under Swedish consumer law you can report such a fault for up to three years from the day you received it.

Normal wear, meaning surface marks, softening of a setting and plating wearing down over time. Damage from impact, pulling, catching or contact with chemicals. Stones lost through wear or impact, and pieces that have been lost. Work done by anyone other than ENNUI Atelier.

Send photos to hello@ennuiatelier.com with your order number. If we cannot judge from photos, we will ask you to send the piece in. Assessment is free. If it is a manufacturing fault we repair it, or replace it if repair is not possible. If it is not, we tell you what the repair costs before we do anything.

We repair, re-set and re-plate most of our pieces. Price depends on the work.
